Accommodations have been arranged at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in downtown Knoxville. The Crown Plaza is located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and bars on Market Square, Gay Street, and in the Old City.

The Friday night reception will be at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, but papers and posters will be presented on Saturday at the McClung Museum of Natural History and Culture.
